TOUCH MIX 12-in-1 Upper Forms are reusable dual forms designed for nail extensions, architectural corrections and restorations using builder gel or polygel.

The professional set contains four form styles, each divided into three different length sections, providing 12 working variations in one kit. It includes 288 upper forms in total, with 24 pieces in each size, offering options for both narrow and wide nail plates.

The flexible, transparent material allows clear control over product placement and nail architecture during sculpting. Each form is shaped to support a natural curve, defined arch and correctly positioned apex. Convenient guide markings assist with consistent length, shape and alignment.

When the correct form is selected and applied properly, only minimal refinement of the final shape and underside may be required.

Oval Small — 30° arch - Suitable for standard or flatter nail plates. Recommended for oval and short square extensions.

Arch Almond — 50° arch - Designed for standard and more arched nail plates. Suitable for almond extensions in a range of lengths. The set includes markings that can assist with sculpted French designs.

Arch Square — 50° arch - Suitable for arched, standard or upward-growing nails. Designed to create precise square extensions with a defined arch.

Stiletto — 40–50° arch - Suitable for standard and arched nail plates. Can be used to create almond, oval, ballerina and tapered extension shapes.
