Shipping locations

NailGlow Supplies ships to Australia and internationally. Delivery availability, carrier options and rates vary by destination and are shown at checkout before payment.

Some products may be unavailable for international delivery because of carrier, customs, dangerous-goods or product-safety restrictions. Where a product cannot be shipped to your destination, this will be indicated before you complete your order.

NailGlow Supplies is an online-only store. We do not offer walk-in shopping, local delivery, local collection or in-person returns unless expressly arranged with us in advance.

Australian shipping rates

Standard Shipping: A$13.65 for orders below A$249, free for eligible orders of A$249 or more. Estimated carrier transit time 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping: A$17.25. Estimated carrier transit time 1-2 business days after dispatch.

 

International shipping rates

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight and chosen carrier service. Estimated delivery times vary by country and are shown at checkout before payment.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping total.

The free-shipping threshold applies to Australian orders and is calculated after discounts and before any gift-card payment is applied.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Remote and regional areas, public holidays, peak periods, weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing and products subject to transport restrictions may require additional time.

 

Order processing

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding New South Wales public holidays.
